in Deep Red Northern Wisconsin.”

We’re excited to share this extended snapshot into the crazy world of the Minocqua Brewing Company over the last four years. Ever since we hung a huge Biden sign on the wall of our old brewpub in September of 2020 to protest Trump’s bungling of the Covid epidemic, our company changed forever.  

Unknowingly at the time, we entered the world of political activism in the vein of comedian Lenny Bruce, who used satire to speak truth to power, and Civil Rights hero John Lewis, who advocated the use of “good trouble” to make positive change.

Through it all, we created art—from beer, wine, coffee, and soda labels to political billboards and satire that’s landed our owner in jail and on the wrong end of Wisconsin’s largest defamation judgement in history.

Our story is told graphicly in a 60 page coffee table book, because at the end of the day, pictures are our story.
