If Jan 6 Would Have Been a Bank Heist, Ron Johnson, Tom Tiffany, and Scott Fitzgerald would have Driven the "Getaway Car."

Yesterday, the “Goode” lawyers at Leitner, Laffey, and Goode filed a suspense thriller of a legal complaint accusing Ron Johnson, Tom Tiffany, and Scott Fitzgerald of aiding and abetting the January 6 insurrection, and asked a Judge to rule that these guys broke the 14th amendment and shouldn’t be allowed to run for office again.

We’re proud of the work these lawyers have done, and proud of the 10 REAL patriots from around the state who had the courage to stick their necks out and sign their names to this lawsuit.

The suit is making its way through news outlets around the country, but because the actual filing is over 70 pages long, we thought we’d give you the cliff’s notes on how we think this “gang of three” were part of the Jan 6 insurrection.

Here goes:

The insurrection involved a multi-faceted plan to circumvent the popular (and electoral) vote to steal a win from Biden and install Trump for a second term. And almost everyone played their part:

Trump demanded a win and the White House directed the actors.

Trump’s lawyers (Eastman, Chesebro) devised the strategy of 7 states, including Wisconsin, submitting fraudulent electors saying Trump won instead of Biden. They included three scenarios:

  1. VP Mike Pence would accept those fraudulent electors on Jan 6 instead of the real ones, making Trump the winner.
  2. Pence would throw out the real electors AND the fake ones, citing that the elections in these states were too rigged and confusing to accept, and hand the election over to the House of Representatives. In this scenario, each state would only get one vote (meaning the huge states like California would have equal weight to small states like Wisconsin), and Trump would win.
  3. Pence would force the state legislatures in the 7 states with fraudulent electors to figure out a process to re-tabulate their electors, and since Wisconsin has a majority Republican legislature, the thought was that they’d figure out a way to make Trump win.

Eastman and Chesebro knew that the American people wouldn’t stand for scenario 1 because it was WAY TOO CRAZY, but they thought that if enough Republican leaders kept saying that the election was rigged in these 7 states, we voters would get confused and might be willing to accept scenarios 2 and 3, even though they were totally illegal.

So they recruited the false electors, (Hitt, Feehan & Co.) to committed the necessary crimes in Wisconsin, along with other false electors in other states, and they recruited Johnson, Tiffany, and Fitzgerald to shout the lies for 2 straight months to confuse and enrage the hell out of Wisconsin voters, along with other legislators from the other 6 states.

The culmination of all this was the violence on January 6, and in that violent confusion, Pence was supposed to pull off the biggest crime ever—stealing the election from Biden and handing it to Trump.

It’s like a bank heist. Not everyone in a bank heist actually robs the bank. You need the dude to drive the get-away car, and the dude to watch the bank for a week to see when the guards come and go.

Pence and the false electors were the folks that were supposed to actually “rob the bank”, but the guys that “drove the getaway car” were Johnson, Tiffany, and Fitzgerald, along with the other congressional liars in other states.

So, as much as we hate to say this, we’ve come to the realization that the ONLY person who stood in the way pulling off this gigantic crime which would have caused a massive constitutional crisis and probably lead us into civil war was Mike Pence.

Mike friggin’ Pence!

Holy Cow, Mike Pence is such a stooge, but for some reason, he refused to play his part in this multi-pronged “Democracy Heist” and saved America that day.

So there you go, that’s the story and we’re sticking to it.

We believe that Wisconsin’s fraudulent electors and Ron Johnson, Tom Tiffany, and Scott Fitzgerald broke laws by aiding an attempted insurrection

And the 14th amendment of the U.S. constitution says that if you did that, you can’t run for office again.

Let’s hope a judge agrees with us.

The Trump Cult will fight this suit with everything they have, and we need to keep paying these awesome lawyers to fight back. If you want to help chip in, here's the link to donate to our Super PAC: https://secure.actblue.com/.../minocqua-brewing-co-superpac
